At present we are only able to ship orders within the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders in a timely manner and deliver products within the specified timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We strive for customer satisfaction, and if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss potential returns or refunds.

We cannot accept returns for any personalised items unless there has been an error on our part with the personalisation or a manufacturing defect. Any returned products must be in unused and undamaged condition.
